- Tell us what you would like embroidered and where you want it placed — for example, chest, sleeve, back, or pocket.
- We review the design for embroidery suitability and let you know if changes are needed before we begin.
- Once approved, we create your item to order.
Our Commitment to Thoughtful Production
We believe great merch should be made with intention, not mass-produced for the sake of it.
Every Embroidery Hut piece is made after an order is placed. This means we avoid producing large batches of stock that may never be worn or sold. Our designs are embroidered with thread rather than printed with ink, giving each piece a durable, textured finish.
We do not claim that clothing has no environmental impact. Instead, we focus on practical choices we can stand behind: made-to-order production, embroidery rather than ink-based decoration, and designs made to be worn for the long run.
Before You Submit a Design
By sending a design to Embroidery Hut, you confirm that you either own the artwork or have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to use it on merchandise.
We may ask you to adjust, replace, or clarify a design before production. We reserve the right to decline any design that appears to infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
