Once you place an order, please allow 5-7 days for us to process and ship it from our warehouse.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location. Orders to cities near Delhi usually arrive faster, often within 1-2 days.

Please note that deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer due to limited courier access.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only for items that are unshipped or in original packaging, unused, and unwashed, due to defect or size issues. Please note, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun, as our orders are custom-made on demand.

Exchanges:
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns and are free of charge but can be done only once per order. If your desired size or product is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: We do not offer free returns for size exchanges. A shipping fee of ₹300 must be paid in advance for exchanges or size returns. We recommend checking the sizing info carefully before placing an order. You may also place a new order for the correct size/product and initiate a return for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue. We offer free returns for damaged or incorrect items.
To protect yourself, we recommend carefully sealing your package upon receipt so you have proof of opening in case of disputes.

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at embroideryhutofficial@gmail.com with the message “I want to submit a return” or “I want to submit an exchange.”
2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
3. After sending the item, notify us that the package is on its way. Please write your order number clearly on the package.
4. Once we receive your return/exchange, we will process your refund or send your replacement within 7-10 business days.
