• Once an order is placed, it takes us 5-7 days to process and ship it from our warehouse.

• Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-4 business days, depending on where you are located. orders for cities near delhi will reach even faster, typically reaching within 1-2 days.

• If your shipping address is in a remote area that regular courier companies find hard to access, it may take longer for your order to be delivered.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on items that are unshipped or that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 7 days of receipt in case of any defect or size issue after delivery.

Once a product has been manufactured, we cannot accept cancellations. This is because all of our orders are created on demand and are custom made specifically for each customer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our return policy. Please note that we do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges are free and can only be done once per order.

NOTE: In many cases, we may not have the product/size you wish to exchange for, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product/size you want and start the return process.

Damaged Items/Incorrect Order

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us with your order number, a picture of the item in question, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.

Returns & Exchanges Process

If item(s) fit within our return’s guidelines contact us at embroideryhutofficial@gmail.com with the message “I want to submit a return.” or “I want to submit an exchange.” After you send the item(s), let us know the package is on its way and once we receive it, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after your return is processed.

For Exchanges, follow the above instructions but include the size (same styles only) you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your exchange, we’ll send out your replacement. We recommend you reference sizing information to ensure correct sizing.

Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
